Deptartment of Education
To ensure that children who cannot afford school fees, stationery, uniform, etc are not denied access to education. The operations director closely monitors school admission policies and practices and provide clear communication channels to ensure awareness and sustainable psychosocial support intervention.
Department of Social Development
The operations director work closely with the department of social development to review the existing regulatory framework for registration. Furthermore, Zane PSS monitor and support households in caring for children in general, including orphans and vulnerable children. We also facilitate and monitor registration of schools with orphans and vulnerable children.
Department of Safety
Zane PSS partners with the department of safety to prevent violence and abuse in schools to ensure that school environments are conducive to learning and development. For example we teach conflict and anger management skills. We also work closely with the South African Police Service.
Department of Housing
Each house belonging to each orphan, who needs improvement, the department of housing will help to improve e.g. flooring, roof, windows, etc
